The seconds slide past a red needle on a yellow measuring tape.
Tape reads the time off a measuring tape. A strip of ticks runs across a bright yellow ground, one for every second, longer every five and ten seconds and longest on the minute, and it slides steadily under a fixed red needle. Every ten seconds a mark is labelled with its second and every minute with the time, and a red pill above the needle shows the second now.
The hours and minutes stand large at the top left, with a small AM/PM tag in 12-hour time that you can hide. The tape glides smoothly, or moves a second at a time when your device asks for reduced motion, and the face fills the whole screen in its own colours. It is one of the fifteen digital faces of Clock with Seconds.
