A field of needles lines up into the time, drifts around it and turns toward your pointer.
Needles covers the screen with a fine grid of short needles. Inside the digits they grow longer and all point the same way, so the time stands out as a patch of parallel strokes; outside, they turn slowly in a flowing current, like iron filings over a moving magnet. The seconds are drawn in orange among warm white.
Move your mouse or finger nearby and the needles around it turn to point at it, then drift back into the current when you move away; a vertical swipe still scrolls the page. They stand still when your device asks for reduced motion. It reads 12-hour or 24-hour time, fills the whole screen in its own colours and is one of the fifteen digital faces of Clock with Seconds.
