About this to-do list

iLoveClock To-Do is a free online task manager that runs entirely in your browser — no sign-up, no ads, no downloads. Add a task, then write the date and reminder in plain words ('Call the bank tomorrow at 3pm, remind me 15 min before') and they're set for you.

Organize with priority and tags across three views — a grouped list, a drag-and-drop board, and a day timeline — and link any task to a built-in Pomodoro timer to focus. Your tasks stay private on your device.

The quickest way in is to just type. Write a task the way you'd say it — "Email the report Friday 3pm, for 30 minutes, remind me 10 min before #work" — and iLoveClock reads the date, time, reminder, focus estimate and tags out of the sentence and sets them up for you. Every detected chip stays editable, so nothing is locked in.

Type it naturally — we set it up

The quick-add box understands plain language. As you type, these are detected and turned into a proper task — no fields to fill in:

#work #urgentTags, with autosuggest from your set

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to fill in fields, or can I just type?

Just type. Write the task in plain words and iLoveClock pulls out the date and time ("tomorrow 3pm", "Friday"), a reminder ("remind me 10 min before"), a focus estimate ("for 30m", "~1h"), #tags and priority ("!!", "p1"). Each detected chip is editable, so you're always in control. It understands English, Spanish and French, and clock times like "9:30" in any language.

How do tags work?

Type "#work" anywhere in a task to tag it. The box autosuggests from a starter set plus any tags you've used before — pick one with the arrow keys and Enter. Your tags appear as filters above the list so you can focus on one area at a time.

Can I set priority?

Yes. Add "!!" or "p1" for high, "p2" for medium and "p3" for low — or tap the priority flag. Words like "urgent" and "asap" raise it too. Priority shows as a colored stripe on the card and can be used as a filter.

Can a task be a checklist?

Yes. Type a title and a comma list ("Groceries: milk, eggs, bread"), or put each item on its own line, and iLoveClock builds a checklist you can tick off right on the card. The card shows a live done-count as you go.

What are the list, board and timeline views?

The list groups tasks by when they're due — overdue, today, tomorrow, anytime. The board is a drag-and-drop To Do / Doing / Done kanban. The timeline lays your day out on an hour axis. A shared date filter focuses any view on a single day or the last 7 days, and stays in sync when you switch.

How is this different from other to-do apps?

iLoveClock To-Do integrates directly with a Pomodoro focus timer — link any task to a timed work session and track how many sessions it took to complete. It also offers a unique timeline view that visualizes your day as a schedule, not just a list. No account required — your data stays in your browser.

Can I track time spent on tasks?

Yes. Link any task to a Pomodoro focus session and the app tracks completed sessions per task. You can set a planned time for each task and compare it against actual time spent. The Pomodoro integration means you get built-in time tracking without any extra setup.

Can I set due dates and get reminders?

Yes. Each task has a planned time field where you can set a due date and time. When enabled, the app sends browser notifications and plays a sound alert when a task is due, keeping you on track even when you're in another tab.

Does the to-do list work offline?

Yes. All tasks are stored in your browser's local storage, so the app works without an internet connection after the initial page load. Your data is private — nothing is sent to a server. Tasks persist between sessions until you clear your browser data.
