About the Tabata timer
Tabata is the four-minute classic: 20 seconds of all-out work, 10 seconds of rest, eight times over. It's brutal precisely because the rest is so short — and this timer is preset to 20/10 × 8, so you just tap Start.
The screen washes warm for work and cool for rest, with a 3-2-1 lead-in, a rising GO, and a last-three-seconds tick so you never look down. Add your exercises and each round calls the next; use Custom for any other scheme.
