About the EMOM timer
EMOM means “every minute on the minute”: at the top of each minute you do your reps, then rest whatever's left. This timer cues the top of every minute — preset to 10 — and labels each “Minute 3 of 10”.
The minute counts down big with a GO at each top and a last-three-seconds tick, and you can name the movement per minute. Use Custom for a different length or count.
