Clock with Seconds
A live clock with the seconds ticking — in whichever face you like.
Clock with Seconds keeps the seconds ticking front and centre — handy for timing, for a live reference, or just watching the moments go by.
It reads hours : minutes : seconds and refreshes every second, so the passing time is something you can watch rather than glance at. Pick the face that suits you: a retro dot-matrix, plain digits, an LED segment display, warm nixie tubes, a terminal readout or a colour gradient. The face picker adds fifteen more digital clocks with seconds, none of them in a digital font: drums that roll like an odometer, a combination dial, the time as a spoken sentence, a measuring tape, one-stroke neon, a swarm of particles and more.
Preguntas frecuentes
Why show seconds?
Seconds help with timing, syncing, or a precise live reference — this mode keeps them visible even if you’ve hidden them elsewhere.
Which faces can I choose?
Dot Matrix opens the page. Face, in the options at the bottom, opens the face picker: plain digits, an LED segment display, nixie tubes, a terminal and a colour gradient, and fifteen digital faces that each show the seconds in their own way: Odometer, Combination Dial, Spoken, Weight, Tape, Fill, Tiles, One Line, Shredded, Sundial, Microtype, Swarm, Needles, Halftone and Gravity. Swarm, Needles and Halftone also play under your mouse or finger. The fifteen always show their seconds, since the seconds are what moves them, and every one of them is on the main clock too.
Can I hide the seconds later?
Yes — turn off Seconds under Settings in the options at the bottom of the clock, and it switches to hours and minutes.
Does it work in 12- and 24-hour time?
Both — use the 12h / 24h switch under Settings in the options at the bottom. In 12-hour time you can also show or hide AM/PM there. Spoken is the exception: it always says the hour in words, with the part of the day, as you would aloud.
